1020-Arrived new site in Brule Narrows. Traveled 6.4 miles. Much better site than the next one to the south but all rock shore.

Will ready the dinghy for use, recharge the outboard battery, and then wash dishes.
1200-Dishes done, outboard charging. Straightened out the rats nest of nylon fishing line on my rod from last night. Line had jumped the reel and got wound around behind the spool acting as a brake.

Baking cookies to have with some ice cream.
1300-Finished charging the outboard. Ice cream and cookies hit the spot! May take an afternoon nap. Cooler temps today then expected.
1330-The Kalipak back up solar 12 vdc charger adapter shut down due to a short in the plug. Upon further inspection it appears the whole adapter may have failed. Replacement required.
1450-Went ashore and sat in my chair listening to music and checked options for kindling should I decide to have a fire this evening.

1530-Returned to the boat to prepare dinner.
1630-Dinner finished. Pork roast, with potatoes, salad, rolls, and red wine.
Will head out to scout for moose and other wildlife around 1800.
1730-Sat onshore listening to music and waiting to make my evening cruise with the dinghy. Will go get ready for my area recon. 70F/79F.

1930-Returned from my moose recon. Observed two pairs of Canada geese, three beavers, and some ducks. Traveled 2.8 miles.

Tried fishing. Snagged my line twice. Had to cut the line and lure off on the last one. My kind of fishing!

Put away all my gear, retrieved the chair from shore and put up bunk mosquito netting. Will have some wine and listen to my audio book before crawling into bed.
2100-Hit the sack.
